Key Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal part in workforce optimisation, resource integrity management and operational visibility through data-driven insights.

This individual will act as a central point for resource pipeline planning, contributing to project success through proactive capacity management, performance reporting and continuous improvement of resource processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide Portfolio Leaders with understanding their resource allocation across projects and teams, ensuring alignment with priorities, deadlines and skill requirements.
  • Develop actionable insights, trend analysis and forecasting capacity shortages.
  • Maintain accurate resource forecasts to anticipate demand and proactively address constraints or gaps for long- and short-term planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the forecasted pipeline to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Audit project system data to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.
Requirements:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in resource coordination, workforce planning or project operations.
  • Experience in resource or project management tooling.
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset translating data into operational insights.
  • Ability to identify patterns, predict risks and solve resource-related challenges.
