Job Overview

We're seeking a Workforce Planner to join our team. Our workforce planning experts ensure that organisational goals are met through resource forecasting, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating insights, analysing data to inform future demand for people and skills, and translating that into actionable recommendations to develop and build on the existing workforce to meet demand.
  • Proficiency in Anaplan Model Builder or equivalent experience.
  • Financial expertise (sound understanding of financial modelling and experience in developing forecasts for finance).
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience.
  • Delivering reports to senior levels, presenting and discussing data.
  • Reviewing and analysing data, examining it from multiple perspectives to determine how to optimise our workforce.

Requirements

  • Experience with Anaplan Model Builder or certification in model building.
  • Financial expertise with sound understanding of financial modelling and forecasting for finance.
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
