About the RoleWe're seeking an expert in workforce management solutions to join our team. As a SaaS Configuration Specialist, you will be working on delivering customised software solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Your Responsibilities- Map complex data and formulas from Excel into a SaaS product, ensuring seamless integration and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our partner suppliers to resolve any data inconsistencies or discrepancies.
- Configure the SaaS solution by using the clients' data and formulas, resulting in efficient and effective workflow.
- Work closely with clients to ensure accurate implementation and ongoing support.
- Map existing datasets from the client's business systems across to the SaaS solution, including HR systems, training data, rostering, and scheduling information.
- Assist in UAT processes to guarantee the SaaS solution meets client requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and workshops, providing technical expertise as directed by the CTO or project manager.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or relevant industry experience.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in configuring complex software solutions, particularly for large-scale enterprise clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on interpersonal relationships.
- Familiarity with SQL, PostgreSQL, and OracleDB is highly valued.
- Experience with workforce management solutions is a bonus, along with willingness to learn data optimisation and analytics tools.
