Workforce Optimisation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Workforce Optimisation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for monitoring technicians and work order completion outside of normal business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor technicians and work order completion outside of normal business hours.
  • Perform health, safety, and environmental (HSE) checkpoints for planned outage/maintenance work outside of normal business hours.
  • Sourcing resources for after hour recalls.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective workforce deployment and utilisation across Networks and Service Simplex work programs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in workforce management or project management in the deployment, operations, and maintenance of outsourced environments.
  • Proactive mindset to drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities and effective time management.
  • Ability to manage real-time jeopardy situations and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing conditions.
