Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

The Category Supply Manager plays a vital role in executing our supply strategic plan, working closely with our strategic partners, and managing relationships with growers.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Executing and monitoring the supply strategic plan to meet volume, specification, quality, and regional risk management requirements.
- Developing strong relationships with our strategic partners to ensure seamless product sourcing and procurement.
- Coordinating activities related to product sourcing and procurement to meet category DIFOT targets.
- Collaborating with the sales team to determine cost-effective distribution solutions for customers.
- Maintaining up-to-date information on stock levels to ensure rotation and product quality.
- Conducting research and providing recommendations on new product lines or product line extensions.
- Supporting the New Product Development team to identify suitable products and ensure successful launches.
- Managing seed/breeding companies and nurseries to provide technical support for selected growers and approved nurseries.
- Ensuring efficient allocation and weekly balancing of returnable packaging.
