Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our remedial, small works, and refurbishment projects in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight, governance, and management across all areas of the business.

This includes:

  • Maintaining a positive workplace culture
  • Ensuring a safe working environment in line with Health, Safety, and Environment legislation
  • Delivering financial targets and driving growth
  • Conducting regular project reviews
  • Ensuring compliance with all building acts and legislations
  • Managing a team of project managers and supervisors throughout Sydney
  • Reporting directly to the CEO

About You

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Hold a NSW Builders Licence and Building Practitioner Registration
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in aged care, strata, and/or government works
  • Have an excellent understanding of all relevant codes and legislation
  • Be experienced in class 2 buildings and facade renovation
  • Have strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of people management
  • Have excellent customer relationship skills
