About This Role

This senior leadership position guides strategy across the employee lifecycle - from recruitment through to exit. The team serves as trusted advisors to the business, designing and implementing key people programs such as EVP, performance frameworks, DE&I, career and succession planning, and culture and values. We aim to build a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • A proven track record in senior leadership (ideally GM, Director, or equivalent) within complex, geographically dispersed environments.
  • Significant experience within the HR Generalist field.
  • Demonstrated success influencing and advising at C-Suite and senior leadership level.
  • Understanding of and ability to design and deliver enterprise-wide talent, leadership, and EVP strategies.
  • Strong capability in organisational design, cultural transformation, and change leadership.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, with the gravitas to inspire confidence across diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Lead and develop P&C Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver impactful, cost-efficient programs aligned with business goals.
  • Advise senior leaders and P&C teams on multi-year strategies that enhance performance, innovation, and engagement.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience strategy that enhances employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, and aligns with our overall culture and objectives.
  • Develop the P&C business partners' ability to deliver transformation and change programs, including building their capability as change managers and leaders.
  • Ensure that our recruitment practice has processes and procedures that are compliant with our obligations and other contractual requirements.
  • Implement our EVP strategy for attraction, including developing our digital recruiting tools and strategies.
