Senior Leadership Position

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a national team and contribute to the success of our organisation. The successful candidate will guide strategy across the full employee lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership within complex environments, with significant experience in HR Generalist field.
  • Demonstrated success influencing and advising at C-Suite and senior leadership level is essential.
About This Role

This position will be based in our office and requires strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire confidence across diverse audiences.

The successful candidate will lead cultural and operational transformation, championing culture, capability, and change, ensuring our people thrive through transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and implementation of key people programs, including EVP, performance frameworks, DE&I, career and succession planning, and culture and values.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver enterprise-wide talent, leadership, and EVP strategies.
  3. Mentor and develop P&C Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver impactful, cost-efficient programs aligned with business goals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • A deep understanding of organisational design, cultural transformation, and change leadership principles.
