
Strategic Workforce Leader

As a senior leader of our National People Experience team, you will guide strategy across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment through to exit.
You and your team will serve as trusted advisors to the wider business, designing and implementing key people programs - such as EVP, performance frameworks, DE&I, career and succession planning, and culture and values - with the aim of building a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to perform at their best.

- Experience in senior leadership (ideally GM, Director, or equivalent) within complex environments.
- Significant experience within the HR Generalist field.
- Demonstrated success influencing and advising at C-Suite and senior leadership level.
- Understanding of and ability to design and deliver enterprise-wide talent, leadership, and EVP strategies.
- Strong capability in organisational design, cultural transformation, and change leadership.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, with the gravitas to inspire confidence across diverse audiences.
- Lead cultural and operational transformation that unlocks the workforce's potential.
- Champion culture, capability, and change, ensuring employees thrive through transformation and growth.
- Develop P&C Business Partners' ability to deliver impactful programs aligned with business goals.
- Advise senior leaders on multi-year strategies that enhance performance, innovation, and engagement.
- Develop an employee experience strategy that enhances satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Implement MTC EVP strategy for attraction.
