As a senior leader of our National People Experience team, you will guide strategy across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment through to exit.

You and your team will serve as trusted advisors to the wider business, designing and implementing key people programs - such as EVP, performance frameworks, DE&I, career and succession planning, and culture and values - with the aim of building a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to perform at their best.

About The Role

Our organization seeks a skilled leader to oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention.

  • Experience in senior leadership (ideally GM, Director, or equivalent) within complex environments.
  • Significant experience within the HR Generalist field.
  • Demonstrated success influencing and advising at C-Suite and senior leadership level.
  • Understanding of and ability to design and deliver enterprise-wide talent, leadership, and EVP strategies.
  • Strong capability in organisational design, cultural transformation, and change leadership.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, with the gravitas to inspire confidence across diverse audiences.
