About The Role
As a senior leader of our National People Experience team, you'll guide strategy across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment through to exit. You and your team will serve as trusted advisors to the wider business, designing and implementing key people programs - such as EVP, performance frameworks, DE&I, career and succession planning, and culture and values - with the aim of building a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to perform at their best.
This role will be based in our Springfield Central office.
Key responsibilities- A proven track record in senior leadership (ideally GM, Director, or equivalent) within complex, geographically dispersed environments.
- Significant experience within the HR Generalist field
- Demonstrated success influencing and advising at C-Suite and senior leadership level.
- Understanding of and ability to design and deliver enterprise-wide talent, leadership, and EVP strategies.
- Strong capability in organisational design, cultural transformation, and change leadership.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, with the gravitas to inspire confidence across diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Lead cultural and operational transformation that unlocks the full potential of our workforce, positioning MTC as an employer of choice in a competitive sector.
- Champion culture, capability, and change, ensuring our people thrive through transformation and growth.
- Lead and develop P&C Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver impactful, cost-efficient programs aligned with business goals.
- Advise senior leaders and P&C teams on multi-year strategies that enhance performance, innovation, and engagement.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience strategy that enhances employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, and aligns with the organisation's overall culture and objectives
- Develop the P&C business partners ability to deliver transformation and change programs, including building their capability as change managers and leaders.
- Ensure that the recruitment practice has processes and procedures that are compliant with statement of work obligations and other contractual requirements of our clients.
