About The RoleThis senior leadership position guides strategy across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit. The team will serve as trusted advisors to the business, designing key people programs including EVP, performance frameworks, DE&I, career and succession planning, and culture and values.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead cultural and operational transformation to unlock the full potential of the workforce.
- Champion culture, capability, and change to ensure employees thrive through transformation and growth.
- Develop and implement an employee experience strategy that enhances employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Develop the P&C business partners ability to deliver transformation and change programs.
- Implement MTC EVP strategy for attraction, including digital recruiting tools and strategies.
