About This Position
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Event Management or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination or wedding planning
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Professional communication style with a natural flair for building rapport
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple events at different stages of planning
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of OH&S policies and ability to ensure safe practices across all touchpoints
  • A full, unrestricted driver's licence is essential
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia
