Job Opportunity: Office Manager
Dream Doors Brisbane West & Ipswich is seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to manage our office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Organising office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
Procuring stationery and hardware supplies as required
Planning schedules for installers and coordinating their activities
Managing bookings and appointments with tradespeople
Providing exceptional customer service through phone enquiries, showroom visits, and supplier interactions
Processing invoices and receipts using software applications
Preparing end-of-month statements and resolving any discrepancies
Issuing invoices for completed jobs and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and developing strong relationships with clients
Working knowledge of business software applications such as Work, Excel, and Xero, with experience in Salesforce an advantage
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
Collaborating with a small, family-owned business, offering regular working hours (Monday to Friday), a team-oriented atmosphere, and opportunities for growth and development
Competitive salary range ($75,000 - $85,000) plus superannuation benefits
**Work Arrangements:**
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, no weekends
Work Authorisation: Australia (required)
**Location:** Sumner, QLD 4074 (preferred)
