**Wedding & Events Sales Executive Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our busy team as a Wedding and Events Sales Executive. This role will involve handling conferences and weddings from initial sales enquiry to preparing proposals, event orders and contracts.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the wedding process, demonstrating a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of weddings and corporate events
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
  • Conduct hotel site inspections and liaise with hotel departments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event coordination, including use of Opera and Ivvy Sales and Catering system
  • Excellent communication skills and organisational abilities
