About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Duty Manager to join our team at Mill Park Leisure Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the aquatic facility, including pool plant systems and water quality principles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the facility is maintained to a high standard, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
  • National Police Check.
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate is desirable.
