About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Coordinator to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the management and operation of our swim school and related services and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial performance of the swim school program to achieve annual business plan goals and targets.
  • Lead a team of swim teachers to deliver high-quality swim school programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and member engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs.

Requirements:

  • Swim Teacher Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a swim school or leisure centre management role.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and achieve business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • National Police Check and Working With Children Check.
