About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Duty Manager to join our team at Mill Park Leisure Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our aquatic facilities, including pools, health clubs, and customer service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our patrons, staff, and visitors
  • Manage pool plant systems, including water quality and chemical management
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of lifeguards and other staff members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate (desirable)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
