Aquatics Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Coordinator to join our team at Belgravia Health and Leisure Group Pty Ltd.

About the Role

The Aquatics Coordinator will be responsible for the management and operation of the swim school and related services and programs. This includes managing the financial performance of the program to achieve the goals and targets set out in the annual business plan.

The successful candidate will lead a team of swim teachers to ensure the delivery of swim school programs to the highest standard possible. This is a full-time position that requires outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial performance of the swim school program
  • Lead a team of swim teachers to deliver high-quality programs
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the swim school
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Monitor and report on program performance and financial outcomes
Requirements
  • Swim Teacher Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a swim school or leisure centre management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
