Aquatics Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Coordinator to join our team at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd.

About the Role

The Aquatics Coordinator will be responsible for the management and operation of the swim school and related services and programs. This includes managing the financial performance of the program to achieve the goals and targets set out in the annual business plan.

The successful candidate will lead the Swim Teachers to ensure the delivery of swim school programs to the highest standard possible. This is a full-time position that requires outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial performance of the swim school program
  • Lead the Swim Teachers to deliver high-quality swim school programs
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the swim school program
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business outcomes
Requirements
  • Swim Teacher Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent)
  • Previous Swim School or Leisure Supervisor Experience
  • Previous experience leading a large casual workforce towards business outcomes
  • Demonstrated business and/or marketing experience
  • Previous experience leading/reporting/monitoring financial outcomes
  • National Police Check
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Level 2 First Aid and current CPR
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
