Seeking a seasoned Merchandise Director to lead and drive the strategic direction of Automotive Specialist Product Categories.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of progressive experience in merchandising or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is desirable.

A strong understanding of category management and financial planning is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive merchandise strategies that support business goals and customer value propositions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing effective merchandise plans that meet car parc and customer needs while maximizing profitability and ROIC.
  • Liaising with executive leadership on long-term planning and annual budgeting processes.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing merchandising team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, digital, and finance to align merchandise strategy with customer experience.
