Key Responsibilities:

\Exceptions of the role include supporting two key stakeholders in our global business, with exposure to many parts of the organisation and other senior leaders.

The successful candidate will have high attention to detail, take initiative, be proactive and have a can-do attitude. They will support the Executive Chairman and Global Chief Operating Officer with various tasks and administration duties.

To succeed, you will need excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach, and strong interpersonal skills. You must also have the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, as part of a team.

You will be expected to manage calendar activities for the Executive Chairman and Global Chief Operating Officer, coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, hotel bookings, and meeting facilities. You will also provide administrative support for Leadership Team meetings, Executive meetings, Board/Committee meetings, and company offsites.

In addition, you will be responsible for taking meeting minutes, tracking actions, and managing follow-up, coordinating and assisting in the collation and preparation of various documents, including Board meeting packs and papers for relevant meetings. Ensuring timeliness and consistency in the quality of presentation is crucial.

Furthermore, you will be required to manage expense claims for the Executive Chairman and Global Chief Operating Officer, and build trusted relationships with colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders.
