Job Description

We seek a highly skilled and organised support professional to join our team, providing exceptional secretarial services to senior leaders.

As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for planning complex scheduling, coordinating calendar management and executing administrative tasks with the highest level of accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing confidential and efficient secretarial support to senior leaders, including office-wide internal communications, emails and client event invitations.
  • Managing domestic and international travel arrangements and related activities.
  • Scheduling and managing meetings for selected leadership committees.
  • Executing expenses, timesheets and invoices on behalf of senior leaders.
  • Liaising with clients and their representatives, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience supporting senior executives in a personal assistant or executive assistant capacity.
  • Intermediate to high-level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, prioritising competing demands, meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
  • A strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
  • A proactive approach and natural problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
