Job Description

This is a pivotal role that supports the customer-focused approach of our People & Culture team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving strategic and operational people matters as our organization grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert partnering across the organization to guide ER/IR matters and the full employee lifecycle.
  • Lead change management initiatives and participate in system projects to enhance interaction with the business.
  • Partner with business units to translate vision and mission into people strategies and outcomes.

About You

You will be influential in realising our values and empowering our people. You will bring a hands-on approach, provide expert guidance to optimise people outcomes, and ideally have experience in Government or a complex organisational structure.

  • Superior communication and negotiation skills with experience interpreting Awards and legislative provisions for key stakeholders.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Management Systems such as ICHRIS.
  • Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary People & Culture practices and exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
