About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a deep understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies. You'll lead a team of experts in developing and executing comprehensive plans to drive active client growth, improve time on book, increase trade volume and frequency, and enhance proactive and reactive retention.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in lifecycle and retention marketing, preferably within SaaS or fintech. Your expertise in using Salesforce will be invaluable in this role. You'll need to be able to work collaboratively across teams, manage budgets effectively, and deliver results-driven projects.

The Challenge

IG Group has set ambitious targets for global expansion, revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As our Strategic Engagement and Retention Director, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to these efforts by:

  • Developing and implementing end-to-end customer journey campaigns across multiple channels
  • Leveraging behavioral insights to inform decision-making and drive engagement growth
  • Managing spend within allocated budgets and delivering measurable uplifts in key engagement metrics

Salary Range

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
