Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a high-value customer operations specialist, you will be the strategic liaison for complex client accounts.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for high-value or complex customer accounts.
  • Leading customer engagement, addressing queries and concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Overseeing booking execution and documentation, ensuring alignment with internal standards and client expectations.
  • Ensuring shipment planning and execution meets customer-specific performance metrics.
  • Maintaining data accuracy within the transport management system (TMS).
  • Managing job file financial performance, ensuring accurate billing and cost allocation.

Additional accountabilities include:

  • Driving operational excellence across every shipment to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and cost control across job files.
  • Continuously improving operational workflows using customer feedback and performance data.
  • Maintaining compliance and documentation excellence, ensuring audit-ready records aligned with regulatory standards.
