Freight Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Freight Operations Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading trucks/containers and processing stock into the warehouse.
  • Completing system transactions for outbound / inbound orders.
  • Assisting in picking, dispatching and processing orders for customers.
  • Generating operations reports.
  • Sorting consignments to the correct delivery area.
  • Assisting in customer inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
  • Handling stock discrepancies or damaged stock.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience desirable.
  • Previous experience in picking is highly desirable.
  • Forklift license is highly desirable.
  • Previous shipping experience desirable.
  • Outstanding customer service experience.
  • Safety focused with understanding of chain of responsibility.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
