About the Role

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Sunshine Coast area and adjacent regions.
  • You will develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  2. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and effectively communicating our services and value proposition.
  3. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
  4. Networking and Representation: Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and community gatherings to enhance our brand presence and establish a strong professional network.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a business development/Leasing or sales role within the real estate industry is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Sunshine Coast real estate market and surrounding areas is required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive and engaging demeanor are necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service is crucial.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, is required.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • A valid real estate license/Certificate is mandatory.
