Educational Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our leadership team and shape the learning culture of our centre. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine pedagogical leadership with operational support, contributing meaningfully to a high-performing, nurturing, and collaborative environment.

About the Role
  • Lead and mentor educators on curriculum, pedagogy, and reflective practice
  • Support the Director with compliance, staffing, and family partnerships
  • Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive program aligned with EYLF V2.0
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and empowering learning environment
Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  1. Leading and mentoring educators on curriculum, pedagogy, and reflective practice
  2. Supporting the Director with compliance, staffing, and family partnerships
  3. Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive program aligned with EYLF V2.0
  4. Fostering a safe, respectful, and empowering learning environment
  5. Guiding the team through continuous improvement and QIP initiatives
  6. Stepping into the Responsible Person role in the Director's absence
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • 3+ years leadership experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Current WWCC, First Aid, Asthma/Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training
  • Confident leadership, strong communication, and mentoring skills
