Early Childhood Leadership Position

The Senior Learning Facilitator will be responsible for creating a nurturing and respectful environment for young children. This includes being emotionally available and responsive to build trusting relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the E.Y.L.F principles, practices, and outcomes and the National Quality Standard. They will also be able to plan and deliver high-quality learning programs that are play-based, building on children's ideas and interests.
A key aspect of this role is fostering quality relationships with families as children's first and most influential teachers. The Senior Learning Facilitator will maintain an inclusive, supportive, and educational environment for all children, educators, and families.
We are looking for someone who can lead and work collaboratively and cohesively with fellow educators in the room. The successful candidate will actively seek feedback and support from senior leaders and peers.
