Key Roles and Responsibilities

A dedicated Early Years Educator is sought after to take the lead in delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the unique needs of each child.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging curricula, developing positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and contributing to a collaborative learning environment.

About the Position

  • Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Establish strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and respect within the team
  • Mentor and support colleagues in their professional development, promoting collaboration and reflection within the team
  • Stay up-to-date with Government regulations and centre policies, ensuring compliance and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Contribute to documentation and engage in reflective practice, ensuring continuous improvement and quality assurance

Requirements

  • Working Towards or hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA
  • Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher or Educator
  • Hold a current Blue Card
  • Hold approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications (desirable)
  • A solid grasp of the EYLF and National Quality Framework (NQF) principles
