About Our Kindergarten

We are a dedicated team providing high-quality early childhood education and care for children aged 3-5 years in a beautiful nature-based, rural environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage our kindergarten operations.

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators who share your passion for delivering exceptional educational experiences. Our kindergarten is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in children.

As a Non-Contact Supervisor/Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and making strategic decisions to drive the growth and success of our kindergarten.

You will also play a key role in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs that promote quality and excellence in early childhood education.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role in an early childhood setting.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve kindergarten operations and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent).
