We're on a mission to put the world on vacation at Travel + Leisure Co., and we're looking for a talented Guest Experience Host to join our team in Port Douglas. As a key member of our resort operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register owners and guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process
  • Schedule sales appointments with our onsite team, sharing insights about local attractions and perks of traveling with Club Wyndham
  • Establish genuine connections with guests, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate closely with our resort operations team to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
  • Previous experience in face-to-face marketing or sales is highly desirable
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageous
  • Ability to recognise and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
