Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Host to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our resort operations team, you'll play a vital role in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Your primary responsibility will be to welcome and register owners and guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process. You'll also schedule sales appointments with our onsite team, sharing insights about local attractions and highlighting the benefits of traveling with Club Wyndham.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for customer service, and a deep understanding of the local area. Previous experience in face-to-face marketing or sales is highly desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register owners and guests, ensuring a smooth check-in process

  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is meticulously completed
