Job Title: Business Assurance and Advisory Manager

This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in project management, risk assessment, business process, and IT general controls.

  • As a manager at our organization, you will be responsible for leading the execution of assurance and advisory services around risk assessment, controls evaluation, and compliance initiatives.
  • You will manage teams to deliver business process / IT assurance / audit engagements including the execution of evaluating and design of controls in support of external and internal audits as well as program assurance engagements.
  • Another key responsibility of this role is assisting in the preparation and review of reports for clients and other stakeholders.
  • The job involves nurturing client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables and outcomes.
  • Additionally, you will have opportunities to develop skills in emerging technology risk areas such as AI, Blockchain and Cyber Security.
  • Partnering with internal and external teams addressing compliance financial and operational risk and assessing current state internal controls and frameworks in order to mitigate current and emerging risks.
  • Working effectively across multiple internal and external teams building strong relationships across consulting and assurance teams and with clients.
Key Skills:
  • A passion for assurance and advisory.
  • Experience in providing assurance or advisory over risk and controls business process and/or IT general controls program and project risk management services regulatory compliance.
  • Practical solution-oriented approach to assess new technology evaluate and advise on impact risk and remediation.
  • High level communication engagement skills including exceptional report writing abilities.
  • Strong business acumen commercially focused attitude.
  • Inspiring leadership capability with the motivation to develop others build high performing teams and effectively delegate with appropriate levels of support.
  • Excellent project management skills including ability to lead fieldwork.
