We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Governance, Assurance & Insights to join our organization. As a key member of our Operational Service Delivery division, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's governance and assurance practices.

About the Role

  • Lead and direct the development and implementation of governance frameworks, policies and procedures, compliance, risk management, assurance activities, financial analysis, performance reporting and evaluation, and data analytics aligned to corporate frameworks.
  • Build a high-performing team of Business Analytics and Quality and Assurance professionals and work closely with our Corporate Governance team, relevant General Managers, and Managers to embed and provide key insights & drive optimized performance through analytics.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Expertise

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, corporate governance, audit or a related field, or lesser qualification with extensive experience.
  • Professional membership in governance, assurance, insights, finance or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing governance, assurance, performance reporting, financial analysis and insights functions in a complex and dynamic environment.
