About the Opportunity

As a senior leader in regulatory assurance, you will be responsible for driving strategic insight and continuous improvement within our organization.

You will oversee the service delivery of our internal review process, lead and implement regulatory frameworks aligned with our objectives, and ensure high standards of compliance and governance across all regulatory functions.

This includes planning, executing, and reporting on risk-based audits, regulatory inspections, compliance reviews, and internal assurance activities to drive continuous improvement and lessons-learned culture.

Additionally, you will provide leadership and performance management to a diverse team, creating a collaborative workplace culture that prioritizes employee development, business excellence, and innovation.

Your Expertise

We are seeking a confident, emotionally intelligent leader with expertise in assurance, regulatory compliance, and internal audit. You should be able to interpret and communicate complex legislation, possess a collaborative coaching-focussed leadership style, and have exceptional interpersonal skills.

A background in Law, highly regulated industries, and/or Government is highly regarded. Relevant tertiary qualifications are also advantageous.
