Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned assurance professional to lead our Commercial & Personal Injury Portfolio assurance efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to develop risk frameworks and governance for commercial insurance products.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance risk maturity, contract management, and product governance.
  • IDentify and manage insurance risks, ensuring the business operates within approved risk tolerances.
  • Develop and maintain robust governance frameworks and standards, embedding effective controls and improving assurance practices.
  • Lead responses to regulatory and audit requests, ensuring data and processes meet high standards.
  • Drive accountability and commitment to key controls and governance, reviewing adherence to provide assurance up the line.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance product, risk, compliance, or legal roles with deep knowledge of commercial insurance products and assurance activities.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to drive governance actions into business as usual.
  • A problem-solving mindset, innovation, and continuous improvement, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good understanding of commercial insurance products, risks, regulatory change, and market environment.
  • A demonstrated track record of leading programs of work to achieve strategic goals.
