Job Title: Principal Client Success Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Client Success Specialist to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely renewal of Oracle Maintenance contracts with existing customers in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued success and satisfaction with Oracle's products and services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customers' use of Oracle's products and services, resulting in increased revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer success strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer success plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to address any challenges or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure Oracle remains competitive and innovative in the market.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Oracle's products and services, as well as the needs and goals of our customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer success strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Oracle's products and services, resulting in increased revenue and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and develop effective strategies to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the technology industry and the needs of customers in the ANZ region.
  • Ability to travel as needed, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
