Principal Client Success Specialist

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely renewal of Oracle Maintenance contracts with existing customers in the ANZ region. Your primary responsibility will be to educate and guide customers throughout the renewal process, delivering an exceptional customer experience while effectively executing renewal plans.
You will work closely with multiple LOBs to provide professional support and help optimize renewal revenue. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Following up with customers via email and phone to ensure timely renewal of Java SE Subscription contracts.
- Creating Opportunity IDs, budgetary quotes, and booking renewal deals for direct customers.
- Updating forecasts and communicating status as needed to Java Sales management.
- Working with the Java Sales Channel Support team to enter and book indirect deals.
- Achieving quarterly assigned sales quotas.
- Actively engaging clients to ensure continued renewal of Java SE Subscription.
- Building relationships and negotiating with existing customers to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of Licenses/maintenance renewal quotes within assigned territory.
- Identifying co-termination and reinstatement opportunities and taking an account management approach to capitalize on them.
- Maintaining accurate forecast and activities for assigned region in the CRM.
- Leveraging cross-functional resources to achieve results and meet customer needs.
- Handling escalations, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution.

This role is designed to be the primary team following up on high run rate Java SE Subscription renewal transactions. You will be responsible for writing formal email correspondence and following up with Java Sales customers to ensure timely renewal of Java SE Subscription contracts. This team is an extremely valuable asset to the Customer Success organization, ensuring clear and concise communication with renewal prospects.
You will develop long-term partnerships with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. You will identify product expansion and up-sell opportunities and work with larger clients to capitalize on them.
