Job Title: Fleet and Training Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet and Training Coordinator to support the administration and management of our vehicle fleet and coordination of high-impact frontline sales/aftersales and product training across our Dealer Network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Fleet Management:
  • Assist in vehicle lifecycle planning, including preparation of monthly vehicle orders, kilometer tracking, changeovers, disposal, and auction processes in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain oversight of systems, processes, and cost control measures, including asset audits, vehicle registrations, fines, e-tags, fuel cards, and associated reporting.
  • Frontline & Product Training Development:
  • Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS), dealer training report, and track performance against KPIs, SLAs, and ROI metrics.
  • Operational Execution & Communications:
  • Partner with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of vehicle and training activities, including PR creation, invoice processing, and cost recovery.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor Degree level degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience:
  • Administration experience in a professional environment.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
