Fleet Coordinator

This is a versatile contract with a much-loved government agency, offering an attractive remuneration package. You will work in a hybrid environment and enjoy a thoroughgoing team culture.
The opportunity lies in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, where you will be based alongside a Senior Manager to assist in the training of safety and/or fleet projects. Your role involves liaising with 3rd party suppliers and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Coordinate Asset Induction Videos by organizing WHS representatives and reviewing safe operating instructions
- Assist in centralizing the fleet, working with third parties using the fleet management system
- Update the asset policy library regularly
- Contribute to the tendering of PPEs by updating relevant information
- Coordinate logistics for vehicles
- Provide general administrative support
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently and effectively
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in developing stakeholder engagement strategies
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
