Job Description:Stellantis Australia is seeking a motivated and well-organised Intern – Fleet & Training Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration and management of the full fleet of company vehicles and coordination of high-impact frontline sales / aftersales, and product training across the Stellantis Dealer Network.
The company vehicles scope includes tool-of-trade, lease, press, promotional, launch, and training vehicles, as well as ad hoc vehicle needs for external providers. The training scope includes the coordination and implementation of effective frontline sales / aftersales, and product programs to build product knowledge, frontline sales / aftersales capability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Company Vehicle Fleet ManagementAssist vehicle lifecycle planning including but not limited to preparation of monthly vehicle orders, kilometer tracking, changeovers, disposal, and auction processes in coordination with VPCs, transport partners, and auction houses.Maintain oversight of systems, processes, and cost control measures including asset audits, vehicle registrations, fines, e-tags, fuel cards, and associated reporting.
Frontline & Product Training DevelopmentAssist with the Learning Management System (LMS), dealer training report, and track performance against KPIs, SLAs, and ROI metrics.Assist with the administration of global training content (e.g. myPeople2.0), assisting the dealer network with day-to-day queries and troubleshoot errors as required.
Operational Execution & CommunicationsPartner with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of vehicle and training activities, including PR creation, invoice processing, and cost recovery.Publish dealer-facing training bulletins and reports.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification:Currently studying a Bachelor Degree level degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum Experience: Administration experience in a professional environment
Job-Specific Skills:Putting the customer first in everything you do;Experience working autonomously and as a member of a team;Solutions-driven with a drive to deliver on deadline to the highest professional standards;Strong administrative skills, with exacting attention to detail;Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;Understanding of the Microsoft Suite, in particular Word and Excel;Exceptional time-management;The ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment;Flexibility to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment;Confident and mature outlook; andAn ability to build relationships and communicate across different levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
