Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR or Business/Commerce graduate to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policy, employment law, and employee relations, with demonstrated behaviors aligned with best practice and company values.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Partnering with operations teams to provide strategic HR advice and support
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures based on relevant industrial agreements and legislation
  • Conducting investigations and providing recommendations to the business
  • Providing day-to-day HR generalist advice and coaching to line managers
  • Contributing to business success through talent management, labor planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience partnering with operations teams in an industrial/blue-collar environment
  • A sound understanding of HR policy, employment law, and employee relations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to implement positive change
  • A proactive and structured approach, with a willingness to contribute to the business
  • Goal-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
