Job Title: Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of a Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing case management, business development, and relationship building with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have experience in functional and ergonomic assessments, clinical work, home-based and community work, workers' compensation, injury management, and back to work programs. You will also have the opportunity to work on senior or leadership-based positions, which will come with differentiated duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management, business development, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct functional and ergonomic assessments, clinical work, home-based and community work, workers' compensation, injury management, and back to work programs
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders and implement/improve business development

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registered or ASORC registered/AASW
  • Valid National Police Clearance & Working with Children's Check
  • Current driver's license & vehicle
  • Ability to build rapport & maintain relationships with clients & their families
  • Problem solving, prioritising, self-motivated & time management skills essential
  • Ability to work autonomously & part of multidisciplinary teams
