Job Description- As the primary SME, you will be responsible for supporting the BAU Payroll System, collaborating with geographically dispersed teams to gather and comprehend business requirements for payroll and time and attendance systems.
- You will develop technical solutions that suit the nature of an industrially complex and distributed organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with BAU and Technical stakeholders to guide the development and management of integrations between Preceda, Workday, T&A and Finance systems.
- Monitor and manage data flows within the payroll ecosystem, identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies amidst the challenges of a diverse industrial setting.
- Extensive experience in technical payroll systems support/management, with a track record of success in developing and delivering practical solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR and payroll policies and systems of work, including Single Touch Payroll (STP), superannuation and industrial instrument interpretation.
- Experience managing projects of work across technical and business stakeholders.
