**About the role**
Reporting to the GM Remuneration, Systems & Services, you will work closely with the Financial Controller (based in China) to ensure payments are made on-time to employees and third parties.
This role is an office based in Osborne Park, WA.
**Key Responsibilities**
- China Payroll Specialist to manage outsourced payroll for employees in China
- Must speak Mandarin
- Must have experience with payroll requirements in China, including the calculation of Individual Income Tax (IIT), social benefits and housing fund deductions
**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous experience in payroll, preferably in the mining and resources industry
- SAP HR/Payroll experience highly regarded
- Able to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm during busy periods
