Key Responsibilities- End-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Interpretation and application of modern awards and relevant legislation
- Preparation of reports and forms in relation to payroll deductions
- Processing and evaluation of payroll cycles
- Enhancement and improvement of payroll processes
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements include at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MYOB or similar software. Excellent attention to detail, discretion, and accuracy are essential. Sound knowledge of industrial awards and agreements, as well as strong Excel skills, are highly desirable.
