Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As part of a high-performing marketing group, you will be responsible for designing and producing compelling submissions, preparing proposals and client presentations, and developing an annual national marketing plan.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, initiative, creativity, and a willingness to implement improvements to current systems and processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and producing winning submissions that are creative and professional to secure listings.
  • Preparing proposals, client presentations, and other support materials.
  • Developing and implementing an annual national marketing plan to support business objectives.
  • Managing marketing operations, including CRM, monthly metrics reporting, and marketing policy compliance.
  • Developing and managing property marketing campaigns for assets taken to market.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree qualification in marketing/communications/business.
  • Experience in similar roles within the property industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
