Milestone IT, a leading recruitment agency located in Melbourne Docklands, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top IT talent within the infrastructure and software development space.

**About the Role**:

- Partner with clients across Melbourne to understand their specific IT recruitment needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to the offer stage.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Milestone IT team.

**What you'll bring**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in placing IT professionals within infrastructure and software development roles.
- Strong understanding of the current IT recruitment landscape in Melbourne.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A passion for technology and a genuine desire to help people find their dream jobs.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
