Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to join our team in Darwin. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation, maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage claims for individuals injured at work in the Northern Territory from inception to finalisation.
  • Maintain a strong focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for workers.
  • Make key liability decisions, assess benefits, treatment and rehabilitation requirements in line with NT legislation.
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders including employers, legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
